Welcome to [RNTOUT], a platform owned and operated by House of Eternivault Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By accessing or using the website located at www.rntout.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the Company.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Website.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to House of Eternivault Pvt Ltd, including its successors, assigns, affiliates, and subsidiaries.
  • "Website" refers to www.rntout.com, including any mobile applications ("App") and other online platforms owned and operated by the Company.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Website, including any representatives or agents acting on behalf of the User.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all Users of the Website, including without limitation, Users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

3. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. Use of the Website

4.1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal right and ability to enter into these Terms of Use. If you are using the Website on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4.2. User Responsibilities

As a condition of your use of the Website, you agree to:

  • Use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Not use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to engaging in any activities that may infringe the intellectual property rights of others, distribute harmful or malicious content, or engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Using any automated systems such as robots, spiders, or offline readers to access the Website.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, including the Company’s servers, systems, or networks.
  • Interfering with or attempting to disrupt the Website’s operation, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
  • You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Website or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Website. We reserve Our right to bar any such activity. 
  • You shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website or any network connected to the Website nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Website or any network connected to the Website. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other User of or visitor to Website, or any other Customer, including any account on the Website not owned by You, to its source, or exploit the Website or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Website, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than Your own information, as provided for by the Website. 
  • You agree that you will not disparage and defame or encourage others to disparage and defame the Company. For the purposes of this Terms of Use, the term disparage includes without limitation comments or statements made in any matter or medium in the press and/or the media about the Company which would adversely affect any manner of the conduct of the business of the Company, without limitations to the Company's business plans or prospects or the business reputation of the Company. You agree not to disparage or denigrate the Company orally or in writing, and that neither you nor anyone acting on your behalf will publish, post, or otherwise release any material in written or electronic format, make speeches, gain interviews, or make public statements that mentions the Company, its operations, clients, employees, products, or services without the prior written consent of the Company. 
  • You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to us on or through the Website or any service offered on or through the Website. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity. 
  • You may not use the Website or any content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of the Company. 
  • Currently, we have partnered with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. 5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website for your personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without the express written permission of the Company.

6. Payments

6.1. Payment Methods

The Company offers various payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment gateways as made available on the Website. By selecting a payment method, you authorize the Company to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

6.2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Website at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental levies associated with your transactions.

Example: If you subscribe to a furniture rental plan costing INR 5,000 per month, the amount will be debited from your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Any applicable taxes, such as GST, will also be added to this amount.

6.3. Auto-Payments and Subscriptions

If you opt for automatic payments or subscription services, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the fees applicable to your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Website, but you will remain responsible for any outstanding payments due prior to the cancellation.

Example: If you subscribe to a 12-month plan with automatic payments and decide to cancel after 6 months, the payments for the first 6 months will not be refunded unless the cancellation is eligible under the specific terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in accordance with the Company’s Refund Policy. Any fees paid for products or services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed upon by the Company.

Example: If you cancel your subscription within 3 days of delivery and before the service has been used, you may be eligible for a full refund under the Refund Policy. However, if you cancel after using the service for a month, no refund will be issued for that month.

7.2. No Refunds for Early Termination

In the event you cancel a subscription or service before the end of its term, you will not be entitled to any refunds for the unused portion of the service unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.

Example: If you sign up for a 6-month rental plan but decide to terminate it after 2 months, you will still be liable for the remaining 4 months’ payments unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

7.3. Cancellation by the User

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time, subject to any cancellation fees or other terms that may apply. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Website, and any such request will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Cancellation Policy.

Example: If you cancel a furniture rental service before the initial 3-month commitment period ends, you may be required to pay the rental fee for the entire 3-month duration as a cancellation fee.

7.4. Other Payment terms

You represent and warrant that if you are making any payments to us that: 

a. Any credit, debit, net banking, cheque or any other mode of transfer information supplied by you is true and complete 

b. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card/debit card/banking company, and 

c. You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes. You are agreeing to be in compliance with our PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY also. 

While availing the payment method/s available on the Website or App, rntout shall not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or Decline of transaction for any other reasons. All payments made against the purchases/services from rntout by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. We will not facilitate a payment with respect to any other form of currency. By making a payment, you have specifically authorized rntout and/or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments. You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by rntout is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through Cash On Delivery, collection and remittance facility for the transactions on rntout Website or App using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing this Payment Facility, RNTOUT or its service providers are neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the payment. Refunds, if any, shall be issued by a link shared by the Company which can be redeemed by the Customer on any payment platform at the discretion of the Customer as permitted. All Refunds For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI). Refund shall be subject to Customer complying with our PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY. You may have the right to initiate a chargeback request in accordance with the terms and conditions of Your debit or credit card scheme or your bank account. Please note that Your chargeback request will be processed by Your debit/ credit card provider or your bank and not by Us. Therefore, We bear no liability for the processing of the chargeback requests. We reserve the right to review Your Account and subscription and payment history pursuant to a chargeback request, in order to determine the occurrence of fraud. If We have any reason to believe that there has been fraudulent activity on Your Account, We reserve the right to terminate, block or suspend You or Your subscription with immediate effect. For your convenience, you can choose to save your Credit or Debit or ATM or Point of Sale (POS) or any electronic payment card for easy payments in the future, making your payments effortless. We use certified128-bit encryption technology and PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified environments to ensure the security of your card, net banking information at all times for processing your payment and/or saving for future use. We will use this information to help you make future payments easy, but only with your permission. For your convenience, you can choose to pay rntout automatically. By doing so, you irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct your Bank or Financial Institution to handle such transactions and you irrevocably agree that rntout may give such instructions on your behalf in accordance with your requests as submitted on the Site. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of each applicable Bank of Financial Institution, and in the event or conflict between our Terms and the Bank’s or Financial Institution’s terms and conditions then our Terms and conditions shall prevail. You acknowledge that rntout will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from processing or not processing a payment transaction or any delay in processing a payment transaction which is beyond control of rntout or its service providers. You agree that we will not be liable for any loss caused by any unauthorized use of your credit card or any other method of payment by a third party in connection with the Site. You waive your right to dispute any payment made into Your Account and you will bear all costs. 

NO COST EMI ON CREDIT CARDS - NCEMI 

No cost equated monthly installment ("No Cost EMI") purchases can be made using a credit card or debit card only issued by select banks and using the payment method under equated monthly installment ("No Cost EMI") payment option on the Payment Page. 

No Cost EMI is not available on purchases made using other payment methods including net banking or any other payment method introduced later on by rntout. 

The No Cost EMI payment method is available only for select tenures of credit card and debit card issuing banks, as determined from time to time by rntout. 

The customers choosing to pay with the No Cost EMI payment method will get a discount upfront equivalent to the interest to be charged by the bank for the purchase such that the total of all the EMI amounts equals the total invoice amount of the purchased / subscribed No Cost EMI eligible products at the time of making the purchase. 

Under this offer, payment through Bank Credit Card can be made for Subscriptions plan (eligible for offer) selected in a single checkout and the total sale price of such selected eligible subscriptions (net of applicable discounts) in the cart shall be more than or equivalent to Rs. 5000 (Five thousand only). 

The discount applied upfront on choosing the No Cost EMI payment method is provided by rntout. rntout doesn’t levy any charges for using the No Cost EMI payment method. Any additional charges, like Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or other taxes, if applied on the purchase using No Cost EMI payment method is levied by the bank issuing the credit card and debit card in accordance with the terms applicable to the credit card and debit card. 

It is the sole discretion of the Bank issuing the credit card and debit card to extend the EMI facility to its cardholders and rntout cannot be held liable if the issuing bank refuses to process the transaction in any case. 

For clarification purposes, please note that even for the purchase made with Standard EMI or No Cost EMI, the invoice will show the netted value of the product purchased at the time of delivery and/or checkout. However, your EMI shall continue according to the plan selected by you during checkout. 

The Customer understands that if the Customer fails in timely payment of EMI, there may be additional interests/penalty which may be levied by the bank which may be higher than the discount offered under this scheme. Where the interest is charged due to any negligence of Customer, the additional interest charged by the Bank, will be borne by the Customer and the Company will not be liable for it. 

Company will not charge a processing fee for availing EMI options. Banks may, however, charge processing fees or cancellation charges as per the banks’ policies. Such charges shall be paid by Customer and will not be refundable even in the event of return/ cancellation of the order. 

The Customer may check with the respective bank/ issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same. Payment wallets and No Cost EMI payment method cannot be used together. Cancellations/ Returns will be allowed as per the cancellations/ returns policy. 

Cancellations/ terminations will not affect the No Cost EMI program and it will continue as is. The customer is requested to terminate/ modify the No Cost EMI program with his credit card issuer at his discretion and convenience. 

The No Cost EMI payment method is available on the Checkout page. Any person using No Cost EMI payment method shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions. RNTOUT reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/ modify/ alter/ change and/ or withdraw the No Cost EMI payment method at any time. The discount offered with No Cost EMI payment method will under no circumstances be settled in cash. 

The No Cost EMI payment method is valid only in India. The minimum age of the cardholder has to be above 18 years on the day of the purchase. 

RNTOUT reserves the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated. In case of any disputes, the decision of RNTOUT will be final and binding. 

RNTOUT holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the services offered by any bank, including the EMI facility. By availing this Promotion, customers expressly agree that RNTOUT cannot and will not be held liable or responsible (in any manner whatsoever) for any benefit, EMI facility and/ or other services provided to the customer by a bank. 

If a customer chooses to purchase the Flexi-cancellation pass, they have the option to cancel their subscription during the tenure. If they do cancel, they will receive a refund of the outstanding principal amount post completion of termination. However, any NC-EMI charges that occur after the subscription ends will not be covered by the company. For illustrative purposes, please

8. Delivery and Service Terms

8.1. Delivery Policy

The Company will deliver products to the locations specified on the Website. Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond the Company’s control. The Company is not liable for any delays in delivery.

Example: If you place an order for furniture delivery to Hyderabad with an estimated delivery time of 5 days, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery is delayed by 2 days, the Company will not be held responsible for the delay.

8.2. Inspection upon Delivery

Upon delivery of the products, you are required to inspect the items for any damage or defects. If you find any issues, you must notify the Company immediately. Failure to report any issues at the time of delivery may result in the denial of future claims related to the condition of the delivered items.

Example: If you receive a dining table with a scratch upon delivery, you must report it to the delivery team immediately and have it documented. If you fail to do so and report the damage later, the Company may not honor a claim for repair or replacement.

8.3. Service and Maintenance

The Company will provide maintenance and service for products as specified in the service agreement. If a product requires servicing, you must follow the procedures outlined on the Website to request service. The Company reserves the right to determine whether to repair, replace, or provide a refund for a defective product.

Example: If your rented washing machine stops functioning after a few months, you can request servicing through the Website. If the issue cannot be repaired, the Company may choose to replace the machine or offer an alternative solution.

9. Liability

9.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content, products, and services provided by the Company are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: The Company does not warrant that the Website or its content will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  • No Guarantee of Availability: The Company does not guarantee that the Website will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure.
  • Third-Party Links and Services: The Company disclaims any responsibility for any third-party content, services, or websites linked to or from the Website. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk.

9.2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website, content, products, or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Total Liability: The Company’s total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Company in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability or INR 5,000, whichever is less.
  • Reasonable efforts are taken to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information and related materials provided by the Company on this Website, but the Company is not responsible for misprints, out-of-date information, technical or pricing inaccuracies, typographical or other errors appearing on this Website. Information and related materials are subject to change without notice. The information from or through the website is provided ''as is,'' ''as available,'' and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed (including, but not limited to, the disclaimer of any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. We and our affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or service. In particular, but not as a limitation thereof, we and our affiliated parties are not liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, or the like). The negation of damages set forth above is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between us and you. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us through the website shall create any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in this terms of use. 
  • All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. We will not be liable to you for any direct or incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind that may result from use of or inability to use our website or in connection with these terms of use, even if the user has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any products, services or information. 
  • We view protection of your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that you and your Personal Information are our most important assets. We store and process your information in accordance with Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules thereunder. Our current Privacy Policy is available at https://www.rntout.com/privacy-policy. If you object to your information being processed or used by rntout as per the Privacy Policy, please do not use our Website. 
  • The company may collect personal data of you while you register with rntout or browse the website, as applicable, that could be used to build a customer profile. These include: 
  • Identifiers such as Name, Alias, Postal Address, Username, Password, Email Address, Aadhaar number (UID), Permanent Account Number (PAN)
  • Characteristics of protected classifications under law such as age and sex/gender 
  • Commercial information such as records of personal property 
  • Reference to any product, process, publication, service, or offering of any third party by trade name, trademark, and manufacturer or otherwise does not necessarily constitute or imply the endorsement or recommendation of such by Company 

9.3. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Website, products, or services.
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms of Use.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right.
  • Any claim that your use of the Website caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Website.

9.4. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

9.5 Product Description 

We do not warrant that Product description or other content of this Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard. 

rntout does not make any representation or warranty as to specifics of the images displayed on the Website and the images have no bearing on the quality of the products displayed. The Users shall take no inference based on the picturization of the products offered. Kindly note that the price indications displayed on our website/app are subject to change without prior notice. This is because, on rare occasions, technical issues, typographical errors or changes in product information may cause variations in the prices displayed. As a business, we reserve the right to change the prices of our offerings on the website/app at any time as per our business needs. 

The terms and conditions of delivery, payment, etc. shall be governed by the Subscription Plan opted by the Customer, should any user of this Website send any feedback or data, such as ideas, comments, suggestions or questions regarding any Company product or service or the content of this Website, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential, and Company shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation. Further, Company shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information regarding Website uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2. Jurisdiction

Subject to the provisions below on Dispute Resolution, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of the Website, products, or services.

10.3. Dispute Resolution

10.3.1. Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through amicable discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration as described below.

10.3.2. Arbitration
If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The place of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties.

10.3.3. Injunctive Relief
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any unauthorized use of the Website or violation of these Terms of Use.

11. Termination

11.1. Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website, products, or services at any time, without prior notice, and at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms of Use.
  • Non-payment of fees or charges.
  • Engaging in activities that are illegal or harmful to others.
  • Providing false or misleading information.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website and services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property rights, payment obligations, liability limitations, and dispute resolution.

11.2. Termination by the User

You may terminate your account or subscription at any time by following the procedures provided on the Website. Upon termination, you will remain liable for any outstanding payments or obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1. Entire Agreement
